Sesame grissini ♥



Carrots - 1 kg ,

2-3 pieces of celery stalk,

1 garlic clove (optional)

salt ,

1/2 cup of sezame seed

1/2 cup of flax seed soaked for an hour at least

in 1 cup of water

Your food processor will do the job in 2-3 minutes.

I took a plastic bag, cut a small hole at the edge so I could form my grissinis.

This quantity filled perfectly my 4 tray Excalibur.

Needs 16 hrs of dehydrator

After 8 hours you can tear away the non stick sheet and turn them on the other side.

I like it crispy ;-)
