Ingredients and directions

 

The bread: (per piece)

 

1 Zucchini,

1/2 red or yellow bell pepper

2 tbsp flax seed

2 tbsp psyllium husk

salt to taste

Blend and dehydrate 6-8 hrs

 

Veggies:

 

Any green salad

 

Cucumber, (diced or shredded) with dill sauce

 

Dill sauce recipe : (serves 4)

 

1 Zucchini,

handful of dill,

1 clove of garlic,

1 cup soaked macadamia nuts,

1/2 cup water (optional)

himalayan pink salt.

Blend

 

 

Coctail tomatoes (diced) with smashed garlic and some salt

 

White onion.

 

That's all :-)

The quantity of the veggies obviously depends on what you like the best.....
