The "eggs": (4 persons)

2 -3 zucchini ♥

1 cup of sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)

a handful of fresh dill if available

2 cloves of garlic

Salt

Curcuma 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin 1/2 teaspoon

Blend. It does not have to be smooth like a smoothie. :-)

 

The salad:

4-6 big cucumbers

1 lemon, squeezed.

( I actually prepare it with 2 lemons, because I love sweet and sour...)

Prepare thin slices of your cucumbers.

Ads some salt and the lemon

Aan any sweetener you use.

(for example blend some stevia leaves with the lemon juice)

 

 

Sour cream:

1 cup of macadamia nuts (soaked overnight)

Juice of 1 lemon

1 piece of garlic

salt to taste

(fresh dill - optional)

 

Serve the crambled eggs with fresh chopped veggies like:

Persil

Fresh green onions

Bell pepper

Chili pepper

Ramson

Avocado

Red onion

Coctail tomatoes

Or whatever you have in season! :-)

Well, let me tell you:

Actually this is what you think now.

Come back to me in 6 months ok?

With your cucumber juice and spiralized beets.

Come back to me with your green salad served only with fresh lemon.

Come back to me after you only had sprouts the whole day.

And come back to me with your fermented cabbage that you had for dinner for a week.

Just come back to me.

And let's talk about it.

I saw many "convinced" raw foodists lost on their way.

Talking about health and their strict diet and then lost.

Talking only about vitamins and minerals, perfect food combining and then just all gone.

Gone with the wind.

With the first wind of cravings...

Tell me: Isn't it better to keep a fully satisfying raw food diet then after 6 month of radish juice go back to the

pizza lifestyle?

Think about this and then just come back to me.

What about me?

To tell you the truth I am not that "serious" health seeker.

I am fully satisfied with my raw lifestyle and enjoy every minute of it!

I loved butter and sour cream when I was a vegetarian

and have no intention living the rest of my life missing things that I love.

I feel good!

And that is all I want from my food!

That is my life purpose!

And this should be yours, too!

To love yourself and feel good.

Love yourself and the Gods will love you!

This is the only way to be able to love others and sprinkle health and positive energy around you.

I only care about what is raw, I care about enzymes, and not about diet when it comes to food.

There are a lot of diets without fat. I am not on a diet. Just try to keep myself fresh.

Hi energy is what matters. Having fun is what matters.

And that does not come only from cucumber-kale juice.

And with this, I am not saying that I eat this butter every day, but when you make the big change in your life to eat raw

you will need these comfort foods, if you don't want to run to the next restaurant and have a

Fetuccine Alfredo

just because you have cravings.

Believe me, these are great recipes for beginners and non!

And with this, you can obviously eat the way that makes you feel better, with or without fats.

Raw butter

Something that you were missing, didn't you?

Update your diet!

 

Ingredients:

200 g coconut oil,

2 tbsp raw nutmilk

2 tbsp olive oil

2 - 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

A pinch of curcuma

salt

 

How to:

 

Blend it well, until your blender heats it a little bit so it will become liquid.

( I use Thermomix at 37°i)

Pour it to a bowl and wait until it becomes solid again.

You can use it exactly as the original butter.

Maybe with some raw bread and marmelade? :-)

Raw plum marmelade

Smoked bacon cubes

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 Aubergine

1-2 tbsp Olive oil

2 tbsp Nama Shoyu

Smoked paprika (pinch)

The paprika is optional. You will have yummy bacon cubes even without the smokey flavor)

Marinate overnight the aubergine in the marinating sauce.

Dehydrate for 4 hours.

Enjoy!

 

Because Raw Food should be for everyone. Simple and plain as it is.
