Preparing similar dishes to the ones you had before becoming vegan or vegetarian

does not mean you wish to eat animal flesh.

It simply eases "the long and windy road" to perfect health.

This is one of these plates. Have cravings for sashimi?

Well, I can tell you: with this recipe they will be gone forever. ♥

Ingredients:

Fresh aloe vera leaves

Fresh beet juice

Nama shoyu or Bragg's liquid aminos

Pickled or fresh ginger

Lemon (optional)

 

How to:

 

Clean your aloe vera.

Cut both sides, then with a sharp knife take the "flesh" out.

Wash it very well.

Make sure all the gelly stuff is gone.

Prepare a fresh beet juice.

This shouldn't be a problem if you are juicing every day like you should ;-)

Soak your aloe in the juice for a couple of minutes.

Rinse, slice and serve. ♥

Because Raw Food should be for everyone. Simple and plain as it is.
